Well, my fall semester of my junior year of college is slowly coming to close. It's been a struggle like all the others but I'm actually excited. I can't wait for next semester. First, I have to get through this semester. I've learned a lot in the last 11 weeks. The most important thing I have learned is to never take anyone for granted. You never know what's going to happen. Like I wrote in one of my poems, the future isn't rock solid, instead it's like the rolling sea, never knowing when and where the next wave will hit. But for now, I will cherish every minute with those I love. Just wish I had the time and thoughts and feelings that I once had to write another poem. I don't know when the last time I actually wrote a full one. I have written bits and pieces but nothing has quite clicked. I'm afraid I'm going to lose this gift. Hoping that isn't so. Just wanted to post a little update. Hope everyone's year is coming to a wonderful end. I hope mine does. :)

It's been awhile.....

As the title says, it's been awhile. I have been busy with school. My life is throwing huge curveballs at me making me figure out my life. Between what I want to do for the rest of my life and the growing up & finding a mate thing sure has got my head spinning. It doesn't mean I haven't wanted to stop writing, because I really do. I just don't know where the motivation is to create something. I miss it. It gives me an outlet when I don't want to tell someone how I feel. Like now, I could write so much about the other day when I saw someone, but I have no idea where to start. Hopefully inspiration hits me and I can finally write something. I haven't forgotten about this, I assure you. I'm just super busy. Forgive me for that. Keep checking back for updates and/or a new poem or story. Have a great day!
